Thank you so much for wanting to be a part of Wachu Makin'?. We are trying to build something special and unique within the Wachusett Community and we are grateful to those of you that have the same ideals and passions as we do. Please know that this is only an application to become a vendor at Wachu Makin'? and does not guarantee a space in our store.


The store has a design in place so vendors do not need to provide their own shelving/tables. We welcome you to contact us to make an appointment to come and look at the space before you commit to joining us if you are approved. If you are not approved at this time we will keep your application on file and contact you if a space becomes available. Space is limited.


Spaces are designated to shelving areas and some space on tables. The monthly rent starts at $30 and goes up depending on the space you need. The maximum shelf space at this time is 5 feet as we would like to allow room for a variety of vendors into the store. There will also be a 12.5% fee due at the end of each month on all sales. On some occasions we may approve vendors to come into the store as a commission based vendor. There will be a 60/40 split on all commission vendors. Vendors will be paid monthly for their items sold and receive a report on what has sold. Alternatively you may choose a 70/30 split with a $15 a month flat fee due at the start of each month. Vendors will also receive a 1099 at the end of the year for sales over $600.  Unlike many co-op type stores we do not require our vendors to volunteer their time working at the store.
